Maraština is a greenish-yellow to golden-yellow wine, with a pleasantly accentuated citrus aroma and vineyard peach flavors and moderately pronounced alcohol. As a rule, Maraština wines achieve the best quality while still fresh and pleasantly sour.
Gastronomic recommendation: Steam with seafood, white meat, dishes with white sauces and hard cheeses. Serve chilled at 10 ° C.
